These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you use the Daily Deals Australia website or place an order, and ordering confirms that you accept them.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian order on your behalf, and the details you provide at checkout must be accurate.

Deals and availability

Our deals run for limited periods and in limited quantities. A deal may end early if stock sells out, and we cannot guarantee that a price shown on one day will be available on another.

Comparison pricing

Where a recommended retail or comparison price is shown, it reflects a price at which the product has been offered elsewhere. Prices at other retailers change frequently and may differ at the time you view our listing.

Limits per customer

We may limit the quantity of a discounted item available to any one customer, and may cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale.

Our products

We describe and photograph everything as accurately as we can, though minor variations in colour, dimensions or packaging between production runs can occur and are not treated as faults.

Prices and errors

All prices are in Australian dollars and may change without notice. Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error.

Shipping

Delivery estimates on our Delivery page are indicative, not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to our carrier, risk of loss passes to the carrier.

Returns and warranty

Returns and our 12-month warranty are handled under our Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.

Care and use

Where care, assembly or safety instructions are supplied with a product, following them is your responsibility, and damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Our content

The Daily Deals Australia name, images and website content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site unlawfully, disrupt its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to reach.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the version live on this page at the time of your order applies.
